Smart eGate Web Application

With the Smart eGate Web Application Software, the authorized personnel can monitor every single passage in the Smart eGate system and view the passage history. The authorized personnel can connect to this application by simply going to the web address and logging in with their passwords.

From the Terminal Monitoring tab, the authorized personnel can monitor every single corridor of Smart eGate. The position of the passenger in the Smart eGate is shown with an animation. The monitoring personnel can see the related passenger information, obtained from the passengers’ passports, in their screen.

The application alerts its user by sending a pop-up if a passenger using the Smart eGate is in the watchlist or has a ban on leaving the country. The passenger stays trapped between two doors of the Smart eGate until the authorised personnel takes action.

From the Passage History tab, the authorized personnel can view every single passage attempted or completed in the past.
The details of these passages can be also viewed. The authorised personnel can view how long each proccess took in the Smart eGate, what error messages were encountered and what action did the personnel in charge took when he encountered an unpermitted passenger.

Terminal ManagementTab

From the Terminal Management Tab, the authorised personnel can activate and deactivate specific Smart eGate systems throughout the airport, allowing or preventing the passangers to use them. Working hours for the gates can be assigned by the airport management.

Reports Tab

From the Reports Tab, the authorised personnel can view the statistics of the successful and unsuccessful passages from Smart eGate systems, error types encountered and the attempts by illegal passengers. This tab can be used by the airport management to evaluate the Smart eGate’s performance and efficiency.
